We realised the WhatsApp channel had to be more than a chat; it had to be a badge of authority. By the time a lead hits an agent's inbox, the system has already:

- Prefilled the chat with a professional intro.

Killing the Administrative Tax
Ask yourself this: when was the last time a busy real estate agent logged into a complex dashboard to update a lead status?
The answer is never.
If you want data, you have to meet people where they already work. We focused on Manual-First Data Capture. If an agent is already living in WhatsApp, why force them out?
We engineered triggers that use simple keywords or structured responses in chat to update the backend database. This removes the "Administrative Tax" that kills most CRM adoption. If it isn't easy enough to do while sitting in traffic on Samora Machel Avenue, it is too complicated.
